Do you have a friggin tattoo on your left hand? This is the second visual indication we have seen that indicates there is something there.
Probably not a tattoo - a stamp so he can go on all those fun helicopter and humvee rides.
I've told you guys before. That's a list of frequencies and call signs written in black magic marker. Jerks. Sometimes it's just too loud and you just have to point at what or who you want.
