I used to do the same thing when we had to do down-ups for football. One time we had to do 200 down-ups, and I remember hitting 20 and thinking 10%, 50 was 25%, and so on. Of course, the down-ups were over after about 45 gruelling minutes, so maybe its not such a good analogy.
