New regulations
They just made it mandatory that we wear our helmets and flak vests INSIDE the compound. As if one hundred and thirteen degrees isn’t hot enough. Watch out, Keith, I think I’m gonna be losing some more weight.

That says a lot about the security situation in Baghdad. Walk fast too.
Well, that's one way to lose weight... Not only does that seem heavy but darned hot too. I understand that running in between the falling morter rounds gives one quite a workout...
And while you're walking fast, do it in a "bob and weave" fashion. But all joking aside, keep your wits about you and stay safe.
