Word for the day
Dictionaries and Thesaurus are two of my favorite types of books. I am fascinated by words. If I am writing for a deadline, it’s actually a bad idea for me to consult either of these tomes, because I always get distracted by this or that interesting word. Here’s my latest distraction, for those of you who wondered:
sa-lep ( n.): the testicles of a fox.
Try using that one in a game of scrabble!! Maybe I will, the next time I am in Detroit.

You know...I can just see everyone huddled around the Scrabble board the next time we're all together in Michigan - just vying to be the first one to form the word "salap". For some reason, I think Yo-Yo will get it first - she always wins anyway. She probably knows the word for Guppy testicles.
Tanya can give Yo-Yo a run for her money, though. I wonder if "salap" was a new word for her?
